This podcast has literally changed my life. As an solo entrepreneur, I was at the point where my time-management skills had become a major bottleneck. Ditch Busy presents a whole, organized APPROACH to time management, optimizing and streamlining your workflows, reducing the time tasks take, figuring out what has priority and doing that, ditching or backburnering not-priority-now tasks, and staying sane through the whole process. Most important, you learn how to THINK ABOUT time management so it makes sense and you can make it work for you.
Kate has a friendly, accessible style… is great at breaking down time management tasks, workflows, and concepts into bite-size chunks that are easy to implement… and explains WHY the pieces work in a super-clear way that made a bunch of time-management tips I’d been reading about for years finally make sense.
I’m now repeating the entire series and implementing even more of Kate's wisdom. Pure gold!
