- Most people have a lot going on in their minds, but they. do not want to say it out loud.
- It is good to get some distance from your fears.
- You are not your fears, and your fears are not you.

- Bad stuff shall pass, and so the good stuff, too.
- No matter what your situation is, it has a lesson for you. Listen to your fears and struggles.
- Get the most out of your failures – do not just get through it.
