•  Our weaknesses are our superpowers. Weaknesses are over functioning strengths. We should be embracing the fullest version of ourselves when we step into entrepreneurship.

• A Rich Relationship is one that massively enriches the quality of your life and your business.
• Rich Relationships are like rocketships that help you reach your end destination so much faster, that is your goals and dreams and helpl you solve every problems and challenges in your business.
• The fast path to success is asking what is the Rich Relationship that you can tap into to solve your problem.

[3:07] – Selena talks about the top 5 Rich Relationships that can accelerate our success.

• No. 1 is a Mentor or people who can show us the fastest way to get from where we are to where we want to be who has figured out the challenges that we are about to encounter.
• No. 2 is Peers, you need people by your side who are on the same journey who can relate to what you are going through. A network of peers.
• No. 3 that we need people who are Promoters. There are different kinds of Promoters, those who works in the media, those who have a popular vlog or a podcast who can share your work with other people. They can be an affiliate or referral partner.
• No. 4 that we need is Team. To grow and scale our business, we can’t wear all the hats. We really need to work in assembling a dream team of people who can help us reach our goals.
• No. 5 is a Confidante. People where we can share the messy sides of entrepreneurship. It can be a business coach, executive coach, a therapist of a best friend. She recommends at least 2 confidantes to share the burden.

[5:55] – Selena talks about the 6 circles framework.

• When it comes to networking people say they feel overwhelmed and they don’t have enough time or how to manage their contacts.
• Your relationships are belonging in to these circles. Circle 1 is your Innermost Circle, about 0-3 persons. These are the people that you are doing life with day by day or week by week. This could be a life partner, a ver bestfriend, a business partner, coach or therapist. These are people you trust completely and are comfortable of sharing every aspect of yourself or your business.
• Circle 2 are Treasured Connections, people that feel like soul family.
• Ciircle 3 are the Active Network or the broader connections in your network. People that care about you and you care about them. You respect and value each other and there is a values alignment. This can be multiple or hundreds of people.
• Circle 4 are Distant Connections, people who are still strangers to you because you just had 1-2 conversations and there are still a lot of things to uncover. There is no trust or knowledge and immediate access that you give to them and there is no values alignment.
• Circle 5 are people who typically betrayed you and they are disconnected to you and you don’t feel safe or comfortable around them. It can also be someone that you don’t know but others have warned you about them.
• Circle 6 are the Unknown Connections, people you don’t know and have not spent time with or have an actual conversation.
• Maintaining a friendship that is not rooted in your truth is living out of integrity.
• This framework is incredibly helpful in terms of managing your energy. The richest relationships are the people that care about you and are going to show up for you, people with values alignment and trust that can be in close proximity to you.

• One of the biggest red flags is when someone wants to rush the relationship. They barely know you but they are looking to create all kinds of deals and transact with you.
• Our weaknesses are our strengths but some of these weaknesses have to be worked on or be aware of and be careful about.

• The truth is in order to spot red flags you have to give yourself time , slow down the relationship and keep your eyes wide open.

• This is an idea of supporting people in a way that is so generous and that liiterally takes their breath away that they almost have no words to say.
• There are 2 primary ways to do this. One is really understanding someone’s dream and goal is and aligning yourself with that.
• A lot of time when people build relationships they try to pull people off the tracks and have their own agenda in mind when the path of ease is understanding that person’s needs and dream is and how you can be a giver that supports and reach them.
• Entrepreneurs are looking form more visibility and more clients and to get incredible connections for their business. You really do know what people want by putting yourself in their shoes and think about it.
• Number 1 is aligning yourself with their goals and dreams. Number 2 is being a Pain Detective, someone that is in tune to other people’s pain and identify with them and showing in times when it really matters to them. You will become their favorite person and they will show up to you when you need them most.
