    Today’s Audio MASTERCLASS:  Fearless Leadership is a Myth with Adrian Koehler

    [1:24] – Adrian shares something he believes about becoming successful that most people disagree with.

    • He believes that you can be successful without being lonely.

    • Realizing that the world is a dangerous place, Adrian learned that by using fear you could pay attention and protect yourself from danger.
    •  It sounds great to be fearless, but it is not possible.
      • Every time you take a risk, you invite fear in.
    • You can make an exponential leap if you befriend your fear.

    • If you want to be an impeccable leader, then you have to learn to listen.

    • Most people have a lot going on in their minds, but they. do not want to say it out loud.
    • It is good to get some distance from your fears.
    • You are not your fears, and your fears are not you.

    [15:18] –  Adrian talks about the saying, “This too shall pass.”

    • Bad stuff shall pass, and so the good stuff, too.
    • No matter what your situation is, it has a lesson for you. Listen to your fears and struggles.
    • Get the most out of your failures – do not just get through it.

    [19:31] – Adrian gives an example of the reality that your fears aren’t going anywhere, so you might as well use them for good and progress.

    • As a leader, you usually have concerns about the future.
    • Your concerns may sometimes show up as fear.
