She discovered Entrepreneurs on Fire in 2021. It was during the Covid time and podcasts are quiet popular and she got hooked to it eversince.
One episode about why personal branding is the future of marketing had the biggest impact on her where a study about how different generation interact with traditional marketing and trying to understand what’s next in the world of marketing and entrepreneurship was discussed.
Before she started her business, she was working in marketing and trying to do the traditional digital marketing stuff but she know there was something that she can offer that is more unique and that fits her personality. Listening to that episode on Entrepreneurs on Fire, she had her AHA moment to look into the future of marketing.
A year after, she entirely rebranded her business , added team members and services and everything they needed to hone on the idea of personal branding and they just celebrated 5 years being known in the industry for being experts in personal branding.

In a personal aspect, a lot of influencers are now in advertising in commercials and movies because their faces are already recognized. People are more comfortable to people they recognize.
In the business aspect, when you introduce yourself and put yourself out there, you need to be comfortable in sharing a little bit about your life , your family, recent trip or hobby. You can turn it into a business because you made the audience comfortable and able to relate to you.

First step, what is their why and what got them in the business in the first place.
Once you got the why in place, sketch the story. You can create content in social media or podcast telling your story over and over again until you are comfortable with it.
Next is build a relationship through networking and then you are starting to build your personal brand.

PR or Public Relations is anything that is related to your personal life that you put in to the public.
You can leverage PR strategies after you have set your why, rely on your story and made your personal brand. Once all are done, its time to get yourself published through a third party, like a favourite podcast, to put it out there and reach more people.
