- Referral based marketing also has its limits. If you want to scale, you need to operationalized your marketing and employ a strategy so that you are not single-minded in one tactic.
[7:19] – Amanda talks about therealdifference between strategy and tactics.
- Strategy applies an overarching plan that aligns your marketing with your business goals.
- Tactics are individual actions that are taken to execute those plans.
- Without a strategy, a business is wasting time on disjointed tactics that don’t support sustainable growth.
[8:18] – Amanda shares her way for small businesses to access enterprise-level marketing leadership without breaking the bank.
- When she left the corporate world, she realized that there is this blue water in the small business marketing world. The large agencies are inaccessible for a price point and weren’t set up to serve small businesses.
- Small businesses often resort to random acts of marketing which needs a strategy. And she provides that execution level strategic leadership for small businesses so that they can access that high level strategy as well as support the execution and implementation of that strategy. They also upscale the employees that they have in their team under her leadership acting as a part time executive.
