3 Value Bombs

1) The best way to persuade is success stories. Always talk about your clients as if they’re the best persons in the whole world. People are overwhelmingly influenced by success stories by other people like them who are about to get the product or service and got their life changed.

2) Your product should be free in that the advantages and benefits that the customer receives from using your product are in excess of the cost.

3) Have a value proposition. You must be clear about the value you bring to customer that are more advantageous than any other product or service a customer can buy.

Today’s Audio MASTERCLASS: Supercharge Your Sales and Profits

[1:24] – Brian shares something that he believes about becoming successful that most people disagree with.

  • There’s a 7-year cycle to business success. The first time you start a business, it’s like an airplane diving into the ground.
  • Every business startup is a race against time, and it’s knowing if you’ll run out of money before you go broke. It’s learning to sell and earn more than it’s costing you.
  • The next 2 years is learning how to do your business. The next 2 years is when you put systems in place. At the next 3 is years is when you’ll start to make money.

[3:53] – The most important qualities of an entrepreneur.

  • The most important quality of an entrepreneur is persuasiveness. It’s being able to persuade others to help them, finance them, and buy to them.
  • Every key skill to an entrepreneur’s success is a learnable skill.
  • Brian had a joke that says, “The best weight loss program in the world is to try making a living in sales without any training.”
  • The one skill that will you the most to achieve your income goals is closing the sale.
  • Psychology of Selling is the foundation program to teach you how to become really good in sales.

[7:54] – Important considerations in building a high-profit business.

  • Have a value proposition. You must be clear about the value you bring to customer that are more advantageous than any other product or service a customer can buy.
  • People buy something other than price. Price is simply a form of information. It just enables to put the product/service into their world.
  • Price is never the reason for buying. It’s the improvement that the product or service makes at the life of the customer.
  • Your product should be free in that the advantages and benefits that the customer receives from using your product are in excess of the cost.
  • If your product isn’t so good, that you are not willing to give that kind of sweeping guarantee, then you should revisit your product. It’s got to be free plus the profit. Your product has to be superior.

[20:09] – The keys to high productivity and doubling the income in less than 30 days.

  • The average sales professional in the society makes 2 new calls in prospects each day. If you want to double your income, you just double the number of calls.
  • If you hear a good idea, don’t just sit there and judge the idea. Just give it a try.
  • The best way to persuade is success stories. Always talk about your clients as if they’re the best persons in the whole world. People are overwhelmingly influenced by success stories by other people like them who are about to get the product or service and got their life changed.

[28:00] – Brian’s key takeaway and call to action.

  • There are no customers in the office. If you are in the office on a working day, you are not working. You are officially unemployed.
  • You should be spending 80% of the time each day face-to-face with your clients. The other 20% is for your travel time. Cluster your calls as much as you can.
  • The invitational close talks about certain point in your presentation where you ask your prospect to give your product a try. It’s not as serious as buying it, even though giving it a try is buying it.
