1 (3s):
The room, fire nation, J L D here with an audio masterclass on success and revenue for your online business, guaranteed to drop these value bombs. I are brought to Keith Lynch on the mic. He is a self-professed geek and started his entrepreneurial journey younger than most at age 14 and has launched several successful businesses in his career. He has always had the ability to spot future trends and the foresight to set up and diligently execute sound, business models, even if they were ahead of their time fire nation. Today, we talking about the opportunity in the e-commerce space, how keys company quantify can guarantee stuff like a minimum of $10,000 revenue per month on each and every site.
1 (46s):
The support has company gives other tips, tools, and tactics in this e-commerce space. When we get back from thanking our sponsors, looking for a business coach who has helped thousands of entrepreneurs, just like you to increase our profitability by an average of 104% per year, all for less money than would cost to hire a full-time minimum wage employee. Schedule your free consultation today with clay Clark, a former small business administration entrepreneur of the year thrivetimeshow.com/fire thrivetimeshow.com/fire hiring is challenging, especially with everything else you have to consider today. But there's one place where hiring is simple, fast, and smart that places zip recruiter try ZipRecruiter for free at ziprecruiter.com/fire.
1 (1m 30s):
That's ziprecruiter.com/fire ZipRecruiter. The smartest way to hire Keith say what's up to fire nation and share something that you believe about becoming successful that most people disagree with. What's up,
2 (1m 46s):
You shouldn't JLD thank you for having me so much. I appreciate the opportunity. Yeah. Ooh, that's a, that's a good question. I am a huge proponent of creative intellect and I'm also an avid Einstein fan because we're birthday buddies, but I often do find more value in creativity than just conventional knowledge or even a formal education. Hope my kids aren't listening to that right
0 (2m 6s):
Now. Einstein
2 (2m 8s):
Said that imagination is more important than knowledge and knowledge because knowledge is limited. So I'm a big believer in that. And I think with the right amount of creativity and problem solving skills, anything can be achieved.
1 (2m 19s):
That's really cool. And I love that you are an Einstein fan to that level. I don't share his birthday like you do, but I share a massive affinity for him because a different quotes that he shared is actually the quote that spurred me into my entire entrepreneurial journey nine years ago, which is try not to become a person of success, but rather a person of value. And it was so obvious to me, Keith, I wasn't being a person of value. When I read that quote, I wasn't doing anything that was valuable in this world. And I'm like, well, no wonder I'm not being successful. I mean, look at Albert Einstein, he's laying it out there and black and white for me. So love the Albert Einstein connections. We have, I've already talked about what we will be chatting about here today, about how success in revenue for your online business can potentially fire nation be guaranteed.
1 (3m 3s):
So Keith, right now in 2021 and beyond what opportunities are you seeing in the e-commerce space?
2 (3m 10s):
Good question, John, because e-commerce is such an all encompassing term, but I think, you know, the modern day version of that is of course e-commerce physical products being shipped, whether it's drop ship or otherwise, there's a lot of, a lot of change. There was a lot of challenges as we know, in 2020 with everything, but of course, with eCommerce as well, there's a lot of change in the space right now. I would say huge opportunities to be super specific and granular about it for fire nation would be things that are related to what's referred to as P O D, which is print on demand. And that is something that consumers in general, consumer activity, consumer buying patterns are really, really headed toward. There's two segments of that.
2 (3m 50s):
And I won't get too geeked out over it, but basically I would say huge opportunities right now with e-commerce in general, would be branding and print on demand
1 (3m 60s):
Branding and pod pod print on demand, print on demand via nation. You're getting it from a guy who eats lives in breathes. E-commerce in fact, you launched a company that is currently a featured sponsor of entrepreneurs on fire quantify. So talk to us about how quantify can help fire nation take advantage of these opportunities that you just spoke of
2 (4m 24s):
As an interesting brain child. We started that years ago, I started years and years ago with e-commerce long before it was cool to brag about on YouTube. So I'm kind of old school with it, but, you know, generally just digital marketing e-commerce and it kind of morphed into what today is quantify quantify is for lack of a better term, a done for you business in a box as a whole. So essentially what we do is we, we research, we develop, we build we market, we monetize a complete end-to-end e-commerce business for our clients that we call partners. And we do that and we slap a guarantee on it, which our attorneys often lose sleep at night over. But we do have, we do have a, we keep working with you and for you as a partner, until you cross the 10 K per month threat.
1 (5m 12s):
Now, one thing that I'm really fascinated about is idea creation, idea formation. So how'd you come up with this idea to create quantify, and how'd you come up with the idea to structure it in the way that you're currently structuring it, this causing all of these lawyers, woe is them to lose all of the sleep. So talk to us about that idea creation formation. Yeah, absolutely.
2 (5m 34s):
And, and that is probably arguably the most important part of any business, whether it be online or not. I've been involved in online businesses for a very long time. And I think that building websites and digital businesses over the years became not only a career, but kind of my entire life. So what started as a small company, launching multiple successful websites each year kind of turned into this agency that is quantified, that offers a development, marketing and monetization of these e-commerce businesses. It's interesting because the, the, again, we take this approach of not a client, but a partner. And we look at each business that we build as our own. So when we look at that, we really take the approach of, would we build this? Does it have, is it viable?
2 (6m 15s):
Is there data backing it up? Can we get it to 10 K per month? And if we can't, we don't do it. And that's where we put the guarantee on it as well.
1 (6m 22s):
Fire nation, we have a lot of awesome stuff to talk about. I've got some questions that I think you're going to want answers to. We're going to talk about some other things. When it comes to tactics strategies, tips in the e-commerce world, and so much more, when we get back from thanking our sponsors, finding great candidates to hire, it can be like trying to find a needle in a haystack. And right now you can try ZipRecruiter for free at ziprecruiter.com/fire that's ziprecruiter.com/fire. Visit ziprecruiter.com/fire ZipRecruiter. The smartest way to hire looking for a business coach who has helped thousands of entrepreneurs, just like you to increase their profitability by an average of 104% per year, all for less money than would cost to hire a full-time at minimum wage employee, I, our nation meet clay Clark clay has been coaching businesses just like yours since 2006.
1 (7m 53s):
Yep. Even through the great recession. And he does it for less money than would cost to hire a full-time minimum wage employee at a time when Inc magazine reports that by default 96% of businesses will fail. That's right. Do your research and view thousands, not hundreds of proven documented in archive, video testimonials from real people, just like you at thrive time, show.com/fire, thrivetimeshow.com/fire.
1 (8m 44s):
Then schedule your free consultation with clay himself to see how he and his team can help you thrive. So Keith, you actually guarantee results for your partners. And I love you say, Hey, I mean, we don't guarantee results for everybody, for our partners who we specifically choose because they have the right idea that we can support in the right manner. But we're talking to guaranteed brother of 10 K revenue per month for each and every site. So give us a little bit behind the scenes. I mean, I know you can't give like the entire ingredients and all the potions and all that jazz, but how does your team follow through on this?
2 (9m 18s):
Absolutely. Yeah, of course can't give away the secret sauce recipe, but I will say there's a lot of blood, sweat and tears that go into it. We do, you know, the short and sweet version of a JLT is that we have a, a system and a process that works exceptionally well along with an amazing team. Who's dedicated to the success of all of our partners. So there's a lot of moving parts to it. And as with any agency, you know, again, it's the development, the research, the marketing, et cetera, et cetera. But at the end of the day, we're committed to achieve success. And if you want to look at it from contractual perspective where we're contractually obligated to reach that 10 K per month. So we, we do work around the clock and so we hit it. But again, you know, I think that when it comes to business, when it comes to, as you said earlier, providing value, achieving value versus just plain old success is about backing up what you say you can do.
2 (10m 5s):
And I think that's where the guarantee comes into play. And again, that's where we kind of take this partnership approach with, with all of our clients.
1 (10m 12s):
Let's maybe brag about one of your clients. Do you have an example that you like to talk about? I mean, we can be as specific or as non-specific as possible, but Hey, feel free to give them shout outs. I mean, there may be getting some free fire nation love as a result. So I mean, you know, as a one or two companies that may be, you know, are little interesting and different in and of each other, so we can get a couple of different perspectives that, you know, you are just in love with, and that's why you brought them on and they're rocking and rolling for different reasons.
2 (10m 38s):
Absolutely. We've got several that we love to brag about, but there's actually one this month, JLD that I've been excited to tell you about w we had, we have a partner that we brought on last year, built an entire website for her, of course, in a specific niche, actually print on demand. We designed all of the t-shirts that she wanted to sell very much related to, you know, here in the States being so somewhat patriotic, not political, of course, but patriotic and sort of catering to that demographic, got everything built out. And if for any digital markers in the fire nation, they, they probably feel my pain in 2020 digital marketing specifically on Facebook and Instagram has been interesting, has been a nightmare.
2 (11m 18s):
So we hit a lot of challenges and roadblocks on Facebook, just like every other agency in the digital marketing space. And what we did with this particular partner is we kind of took to getting some media attention with her and for her to kind of call out the fact that, you know, these challenges exist within social marketing and digital marketing on social platforms. And it's funny within a week of doing so, not only did we cross the 10 K, she actually hit about 250,000 in sales, just from some unique think outside the box, you know, good old school PR kind of thing. So that's my most recent, you know, bragging success story with the quantified ecosystem,
1 (11m 60s):
The recent one. So give us one other one. It could be two years ago, a year ago, could be any timeframe just for a little differing perspective. And again, we can be as specific or as vague as possible if you want to protect the person for whatever reasons, because, you know, I do understand fire nation where it makes sense where there's like, you know, potentially people are crushing it with a specific product on Amazon and they got this niche carved out and Hey, if it becomes a saturated market, they lose that edge. So what do you want to share in that area? Keith,
2 (12m 29s):
A lot of partners that come aboard love to ask about the niche choices that we, that we create, right? So that's always, you know, big number one question as they come aboard, we've got some strange ones out there, but of course it's all validated with data, et cetera. One of my favorite ones is a few years ago, we, we dug into the bow tie niche, which I know sounds bizarre, but it turns out bow ties have insane margins. So as we, as we develop this business for this partner, we found that bow ties often retail, whether it's online or off for, you know, in the neighborhood of say 20 to $30, a bow tie turns out those bow ties cost about 70 cents to a dollar and a quarter wholesale. So the margins are insane.
2 (13m 9s):
So that is another example of, you know, as we go through, we carve out these niches and these businesses for our partners, we discover, you know, sort of these niches or sub niches that we didn't know existed. And it's pretty easy to get to 10 K a month, something like that. So we got that one to 10 K a month pretty quickly.
1 (13m 24s):
So I can see it. Now, fire nation, a bunch of people are going to be turning into bow tie, sales men and sales women, which is why I gave you the opportunity not to get specific, but Hey, he's given away the farm here, which is pretty flipping awesome. And let's be honest. A huge benefit of partnering with quantify is that your team literally offers end to end training and support foundation and support we're talking market research, drop ship, product, and supplier sourcing, which by the way, supplier, sourcing's a pain in the butt. I can talk from experience with all three of my journals. Holy crap. We're also talking website, design development, marketing automation, advertising, campaign development. I mean, this is the whole package. This is an end to end system.
1 (14m 4s):
So those are a lot of moving parts. Keith, how do you ensure that each business continues to run smooth and supportive all of these partners?
2 (14m 14s):
That's a great question. The, the, the longest sort of it is, is with us. JLD that we, we always tell our new partners, we don't go away. And so you hit that 10 K or greater within a calendar month. And even then we, we really don't go away until you tell us to it's a true partnership. So we don't really go anywhere until the partner tells us to do so, or until they they've got the steering wheel, so to speak. But I will tell you, we've had some challenges in that space in the past where, you know, a partner will say, okay, this is awesome. I've got the business. I co-managed it with you. You've shown us everything we need to know. And then some, and then, you know, they'll go away, sort of fly the nest, so to speak. And then, you know, they come back three months later saying, okay, something's wrong, can fix it. So it's one of those things that we, you know, there's, there's never a phone call we won't take, but it is one of those things also where we, we really encourage our partners to stick with the training and the support that we provide for them.
2 (15m 2s):
Long-term
1 (15m 3s):
Why is there a fire nation? That is why it's there. So Keith you've given us a ton of value. Give us one major value bomb about e-commerce about the conversations that we've had today. What's one major thing you want to make sure that fire nation walks away with that they can really kind of put in their hats, learn from an execute upon.
2 (15m 24s):
Absolutely. I would say online businesses in general fire nation, whether it's e-commerce or otherwise is the easiest, fastest path to cash. So to speak and lessons provided are learned with any digital, excuse me, with any business type that's available today. And I would say that it's the path of least resistance it's going to give you the less, at least hurdles in any industry. So whether it's through quantify, whether it's simply watching YouTube and immersing yourself in that industry or any industry, I would say e-commerce is the way to go.
1 (15m 59s):
Keith, give us a final call to action. How do we learn more about quantify? How can people contact you? How can people maybe, you know, pitch themselves to potentially become a partner of yours?
2 (16m 10s):
Absolutely quantified.com of course, quantifies with the w so Q W A N T I F Y.com forward slash fire. We'll get the fire nation, a couple of different things. We would love anybody who comes from fire nation and becomes a partner with quantify. We'd love to give them some advertising, spending cash as they get into their e-commerce business with us and launch. So we'd like to offer them a thousand dollars toward their, their ad spend as they get into it. And with your permission and blessing, JLD, I'd love to be able to give them the mastery journal as well. Yeah, I'm a huge fan of the freedom journal. I got it a couple of years ago and now I find myself buying it on repeat for friends, family, colleagues, and partners.
2 (16m 51s):
So I'd love to be able to offer that to the fire nation as well for anyone who becomes a quantified partner.
1 (16m 55s):
Oh, that's so cool. I mean, that's really cool fire nation. So man, you're hearing that Keith, he walks the walk. He talks the talk one more time, just kind of run through what fire nation gets. If they go to qwantify.com/fire
2 (17m 8s):
Location or the inquiry form to become a partner. If you become a partner with quantify, we'll give you a thousand bucks towards your ad spend. As you launch your new e-commerce business that we built with you and for you. And of course the famous JLD mastery journal, which we think everyone on the planet should know

That's Q W A N T I F Y qwantify.com/fire apply to be a partner. See if what you have is a fit for quantify, believe me, it's a high barrier of entry because as you noticed, they can't take everyone in every idea. It has to be thoroughly vetted. It's kind of like getting into the Ivy leagues a little bit. So Keith, thank you for sharing your truth, your knowledge, your value with fire nation today, for that we salute you and we'll catch you on the flip side.
3 (18m 8s):
Thank you. JLD
