    • You’ve got to be a great networker, you’ve got to go out there, you’ve got to ask questions, you’ve got to meet the people. It’s knowing people and relationships that get you further in life. So don’t be shy; talk to people, put yourself out there more.

    • Figure out what your team’s dreams are, what they want to do in life, the vacations they want to go on… What’s their why?
    • People who know exactly what they want, how they’re going to get there, and what needs to happen today can actually achieve those dreams.

    • When you’re doing it right, great people find you. And the best place to find a great person is not in the unemployment line.
