[9:40] – Tony’s Mission
- Tony’s mission is to serve people and use technology to help people own their future.
[13:15] – The leverage today is technology.

0 (1m 40s):
And if you're accepted into their partner program, your success is guaranteed apply today at LaunchMyBiz.com that's LaunchMyBiz.com. Tony, a few weeks ago, I was lucky enough to be in a room with you and just 15 other people. And you shared if I'm being honest, some pretty crazy details about how this world that we're living in is shifting. So can you share some of those details with Fire Nation and more importantly, what you recommend we do about it?
1 (2m 11s):
Well, that was pretty long conversation, three or four hours. So a couple of moments. I think the biggest thing, you don't have to be a brilliant to see that we are going through some major changes in the changes, accelerating the way people look at life, the way they work, the way they think about work. That way. Think about family is all shifting was already happening because we have several waves that are hitting. At one time. We have a generational way, baby boomers, aging, right? Millennials coming into a power and they've been raised differently, make different decisions. We've got a debt way that is gigantic and we're expanding it massively federal government, you know, usually quite about 3.8 billion in taxes. This last year they've spent 8.2 trillion.
1 (2m 52s):
That's not the next 6 trillion they're promoting it's numbers that most people can never understand. So I want to take one second from Fire Nation. So you, it, when you get numbers that big, when you start using the word trillion and governments use the word trillion like billion, or you remember Ababa used to talk to millionaires and billionaires, or even a current principals sometimes use that phrase. They're not even the same universe, millionaires and billionaires, and certainly not trillion. So let me explain a million seconds ago. I want you to think in your own mind, really make a decision. Don't just make me tell the answer. How long was it a million seconds ago? Would you guess some people will tell me 20 years. So people say a hundred years, some people say 50 days, the answer is 12 days, a million seconds.
1 (3m 33s):
You get a perspective a million in days. I mean, seconds would be 12 days ago. A billion seconds was 32 years ago. That's the difference? And a trillion seconds is 32,000 years ago before men was known as man we're homo-sapiens. So when you talk about $165 trillion of unpaid, or I should say anticipated expenses, right? Social security, Medicare, everything else, right? They're unfunded liabilities. That's not counting what they're now spending at a rate that's never been spent in the history of human civilization that is going to create a major change in how your life has lived.
1 (4m 14s):
You know, Ray Dahlia is a good friend of mine. If you're not familiar with him, pick up his book principles. He's the most successful financial hedge fund manager in the history of the world. He's turned $50 billion to his quiet, no one like him in history, unbelievable genius. He said, Tony, big printed, seven times more money than they needed to fill the whole tour. We're going to see an economy that accelerates it's already happening. We're going to get this thing called inflation. That most of your viewers probably don't remember because I'm 61. And I remember it vividly because I bought my first house at 18, my first TriFlex and it was 18% interest today. It's two and a half. The difference between that is a different universe of the ability to make money or be successful investor or anything like, so we're heading lumbers up 288%.
1 (4m 57s):
Our oil's up 180% in some areas. You're, you're at a point where sugar is up 50%. We're already seeing in place, but people talk about the CPI, the consumer price index, which they pick a small basket of goods that really go up much because they don't want to pay more to social security. And that determines how much they have to pay. So you have this wave of debt. That's getting bigger, this wave of, of, you know, demographics. But the good news is there's a bigger wave called technology and technology can take something that is scarce and make it abundant. My friend, Peter Diamandis, who's a rocket scientist and the band medical doctor, and just a genius and partner mind. He describes it in the simplest terms.
1 (5m 38s):
He said, you know, there's only so many apples to get a ladder that's technology. And now there's an abundance more apples, right? Technology can take scarce resources like oil was and all of a sudden make America independent by that sideways drilling. I may not agree with it may not like it, but it made it more button, right? So technology is coming. And if you tap into technology as an early person, as some of the most successful people in the world have done to be a Bill Gates, the richest people in the world at the beginning of the technology. But when he saw how to use it, if you tap into that, you have no worries. If you don't tap into that big words, let me give you an example right now, most of you are old enough to remember 2008. And it was a pretty rough time for a millennial generation.
1 (6m 20s):
It was pretty tough because many of them were coming into business or careers at the beginning of that process. And we all remember it was one of the tough times before. COVID right before that you have Floyd back to the great depression. Basically see similar things. We lost 5 million jobs in that time period. It destroyed the economy. Guess what? We can make one technology, Oh, gee, like electricity can kill people or light up a city. And we can look at its cost. I've talked to four presidents about living presidents. Last one was a bomb. And I was disappointed. At least in the conversation I said to them, right now you take one technology like self-driving cars. Is that going to happen in mass in three years, five years or 10 years.
1 (7m 1s):
Fortunately, when you talked about even those that are skeptical, say within 10 years, okay, right now that means 5 million people are predicted to lose their job somewhere between three to 10 years from now just one category. And that's Uber drivers, taxi drivers and truck drivers. Who's going to hire a truck driver to work eight hours a day and pay health insurance that keeps going geometrically more expensive and listen to them and be unhappy about it when they can fire a truck, which they can write down over 10 years or five years, three years to make one of the facts. If that works 24 hours a day and doesn't need health insurance, those jobs are going to be gone. There's zero question. And no one is preparing that little segment of people, 5 million of them for what's coming and saying, you got to retool brothers so that you have new opportunities in the future.
1 (7m 47s):
I can walk you through a dozen bills by 2040, which sounds like a long time. You're going to blink and be there. I care about it because I got kids and grandkids that are going to be hitting that time. As special time of their life, we lose a billion jobs by that time said, Oh, well, we'll get a billion new ones. Maybe 50 years ago, we were all farmers, 80% plus of America's farmers. Now it's 3%. We feed the world. Technology changed that, but the change happened over a hundred years, a hundred years ago, nobody thought about, Oh, I'm going to be a web designer. That's a job, right? I wouldn't be a social media consultant, whatever the hell that is. Right? So there will be new jobs.
1 (8m 27s):
It's the tempo that's changing because of technology. So you and I have to be in the front of this because UBI is not going to be answered universal, basic income. If you know anything about human nature, you know, whatever money money they give you won't be enough. And number two, about money. We also work for a sense of meaning. And there's no meaning in not working, just getting a check. We will have craziness in our society. So we already are being used technology. Most of you have seen the dilemma. No. There are people manipulating your brain, my brain everybody's brain. Every while I'm going to worth trillions of dollars, doing it, manipulating your dopamine, getting you pissed off about certain things, excited about others, gradually shipping you without your even knowing it.
1 (9m 9s):
That's the world we're in. So you either live in that world. We can control by everybody else and wait for the next winter where they're going to scare you again. Or you take control of your own life. And the opportunity to take control is greater than ever. Let me give you a metaphor in my own life and then show you how it relates to you. So I have 80 plus companies, everything from AI to resort and Fiji to multiple sports teams around pieces of. So I have a lot of companies, a lot of diverse areas, but my mission is what I'm doing right now. It's why I'm here. It's why I hang out with JLD and guys like him. Cause I know he really cares about you guys. He's really always trying to bring you the best, but I want to do the same. So imagine it's, you're just your income, but your mission is completely shut down because they make it illegal in every major country in the world except sweep.
1 (9m 52s):
That's what happened literally overnight. If I had more than 10 people, nine or 10 to 15,000 people, I couldn't do it. So I was like, I'm not letting this stop me. We'll go to Vegas. They're never going to shut down Vegas. Which of course they did. But it's like, okay, I'll rent 1200 movie theaters with 10 people in each one within the rules by 12,000 person event, it shut down the movie theaters while I was negotiating the deal. Then it was okay. I'm going to rent a mega church, right? Not going to be possible, but to keep up the megachurch. But as we all know, they kept up Costco and shut down the churches. I swore I would never deliver this in people's homes because it's not the same. When I got 10, 20,000 people and we're in a stadium and the music's rocking.
1 (10m 35s):
You feel the group dynamic. It's not the same at home with speakers or okay, speakers are kid walking back. I'm not doing that, but it's my mission. So here's the gift that God gave me. The universe gave me. And I took my part in making that gift happen. Okay. I said, I never do, but I got to serve people. And I, and I'm going to find a way and you know, the seven months I kept thinking, we're going to check. We tried all these approaches. I described. Meanwhile, I kept all my employees and I lost $97 million. Pretty rough, but survive that. Thank God. But part of cancer, Bible's not going to. So I was like, okay, who knows? They're going to open every time they thought they'd open up and shut it back down again.
1 (11m 15s):
Right? And we all went through it. I can't wait for them. I got to find a new way. I got to use technology. So I wouldn't want somebody to do this little webinar with these two 52 inch screens. I was like, I'm not doing a grandpa's zoom call or something. So I said, here's what we're going to do. But I decided we're going to build 20 foot high speed. And I'll make this like an a bit 50 feet wide. How many degrees around me? I want to post everybody's 3000 people at a time and swipe it the next 3000. I want to see their names or bring them up directly. I'm going to call zoom. They only have a thousand people. Eric Yawns, a friend of mine get them open a 50,000 people. Here's all the things, all the fun Excel. So I can whisper in your ear while you're sitting there in your head. So, you know, I, all those together on hired six companies, I said, we got to do this.
1 (11m 56s):
They said, okay, this is really aggressive, but we think we can do it at nine months. We'll need it now at home, I need it nine weeks. We can't do it. So I got rid of several brought to make before, still getting little things rigged up and we did it. And then we did a free offering where we did. I want people to help at home regardless. So we did a challenge with 386,000 people show up. Normally, you know, I go over to 116 hundred 18 cities in a normal year, like 2019. I go to 16, 18 countries and I see a quarter million people. We sell more than that in six days and nights for free. So then we started doing our bits. Then we did one in January with 865,000 people from 195 countries.
1 (12m 37s):
It's like, so this year I've seen a million, 1.6 million people into my events. And last year it's taught 250,000 traveling around the world. So guess what? This is a lot easier. And I spent $20 million just on venues. Last year. I spent almost that to build the studio and everything else, but one time. And so now my company's owned by my employees. So they have a better margin. I have a better life. I have a brand new baby girl and I got to be home to be with her versus living on the road. So technology, I'm only using this example. It's never the problem. It's your lack of creativity. It's never the problem with your lack of seeing where your leverage is and the leverage today is in technology. But you're only going to be able to use that.
1 (13m 17s):
If you also put yourself in an industry that has upside. And the answer to that question is that the knowledge industry, it's why I'm talking to you right there. It's why we decided to do this other challenge. Another challenge when I was like, okay, if you own a business, you go to my business mastery. We'll show you how to grow that business. A hundred, 130% like clockwork. It's why I've got 6 billion in revenues, my own companies, 80 different companies and all these industries. I know what to do. There's only so many patterns. I can help anybody do it. But if you don't have a business and you lost your job, or you have a job that you hate or you dislike, then where do you go? Most people pick, well, I'm going to go to the university or university system is a disaster, you know, and I know the government's messed it up.
1 (13m 59s):
They guaranteed loans. I mean, it used to be a young kid. You're like, okay, I'll borrow some more amount of money. I'll go to this break college and learn. These tools. Have a great job. The federal reserve themselves came up with the statistics. Recently, college graduates are not getting college jobs. Literally 48% of all college graduates do not have a job where a job, a close degree is needed, but here's, what's even worse. I wrote the number down, where is it? Yeah, 73%, 73% of all crowds graduates are not working in a category. They studied in school and paid 30, 40, 50, a hundred and $200,000.
1 (14m 40s):
And by the way, the balance, the 27% survey show, 52% say they hate the job they're in. And they got all this debt forever. All this happens in this government kept guaranteeing and these colleges just kept raising the price. They double being the double, the price of inflation every year for 30 years, till the point. Now it's a total. We have 1.6 trillion in debt for these kids, right? And what do they got? Nothing that they can use. So the answer is self-education and working with people get results. I can go talk to a professor who can tell me his philosophy, or I can go work with a founder of a company or a group of dozens of companies who showed me exactly what he did that actually works today in the real world.
1 (15m 22s):
And so that opportunity, I I've had the privilege of learning self-education since I was 17, I just decided I'm not going to let someone else tell me what to study out of study. I'm going to go get it. Now. I didn't have the tools we have today. Technology, where we consider crossing, being instructed by anybody, or go on the weapon, learn from them, those options weren't there today. Have you got a cell phone and you live in Kenya, you can learn from MIT and Harvard, or you can learn from some of the greatest entrepreneurs in the world. And so that's the opportunity. So I think the world changing winter is here. We're about to bring a springtime and he's going to probably be another winter to spring is artificial. We're just printing money and putting ones and zeros and banks. And we do that in 2008.
1 (16m 2s):
There wasn't much inflation because the banks didn't load it. They just kept it. So their balances looked better. But now the money's going to go out to the people. We're going to spend it. And that's why inflation is happening. So you have to be in a position where you can do better than inflation. And that means a job where the more value you add, the more you earn that means either a job where you're going to percentage of the business growth, or it means owning your own business. My hope for many of you is if you don't already own it, you own it. Let's grow it. If you don't own one, let me show you how, but get an industry. We have no inventory, basically where you can scale. Like even me, it's taken me 41. This is my 44th year doing this 44 years to go to a point where I don't have to travel constantly and where my company can save $20 million.
1 (16m 48s):
And I'm still going to do live events, but I'm not doing them everywhere because people get the temperamental. They used to have to fly across the country or want to go to Europe, fly across Europe, Asia, Asia, come to the country, pay for the flights, pick all the time to travel, rent the hotel room, rent the car, go to bed at the time of their life and then deal parked in the Valley, fly all the way back and try and fill now during their living room, having experience right here, right now with their family. And we've made it dynamic enough that they're still there. Now, again, I'm still going to do some live events, but that's any of you watching can do this. I mean, you don't have to pay for all this infrastructure. All you got to do is model what's already worked. And that's what our challenge is about is showing not just me, but about a dozen people.
1 (17m 29s):
Who've done this who started with nothing but a camera like Jenna Kutcher idea. Now she's making millions of dollars a year and being with her family. I mean, there's just tremendous opportunity. If you take advantage of this large technology way and this large self-education way,
0 (17m 43s):
You have created such a dynamic experience. I mean, I got to be in your studio and you use the word own multiple times in the past five minutes in multiple times in the four hours that we got to spend together own, own own. Like that phrase is so powerful because you're literally giving us the keys to own our future. Not giving it to the gatekeepers, letting us own these keys, to own our future. Can you talk to Fire Nation about what we're doing over the next couple of weeks? You know, specifically these five day starting on May 11th, that you're going to be gifting.
0 (20m 31s):
This free, amazing content about owning your,
1 (20m 35s):
If you don't own your economic future, somebody else owns it. That's the first place I'd start. You either have a plan for your life where you fit in somebody else's plan. And I doubt you'll be thrilled with somebody else's plan for your life. Like we've had this reaction where we've given up our own sovereignty to make her own decisions. You know, the CDC, the other, they finally said you can go outside and not wear a mask. If you're yourself outdoors. Well, do you really need the CDC to give you common sense, et cetera, you can breathe fresh air. I live right on the ocean there. I can't tell you how many people and I'm in Florida where no one requires the mask, but there are people so afraid cause it what's the news. They wear two masks while they're jogging down the street. And there's not a human than a hundred. It's like, what is wrong is they let someone else own their brain.
1 (21m 18s):
And then again, if you've watched the social dilemma, you know, there are people that are spending huge sums of money in their trillion dollars in their business to manipulate how you think and feel about things and making you react in a certain way. So you stay on whitewater and they make more money from you. So if you don't want someone else to own your future, you better take back control. And it starts me realizing you're not here to manage your circumstances. You're here to create your own life. Most people got into managing circumstances outside of himself, but it's a completely different mindset to say, I'm going to find a way to make life on my terms. That doesn't mean mine exclusively, the cost of yours. It just means that I got to live a life where if I add enough value to other people, I can have the quality of life that I want.
1 (22m 2s):
It's not, I'm demanding it. I'm not expecting somebody give it to me. I'm willing to create it. But how to people, I don't know how to first you got to own, but I'm going to be a creator, not just a manager, but I'm not willing to live that way. Second of all, you gotta say, who do I know or who do I know of? Who seems to own their own future? And let me go learn from them. Let me go model them. No proximity is power. Now the cool thing technology. I mean you and I couldn't be doing this today. Cause I got so many other ones I got to do. I did four different podcasts of doing these other pieces. But because of this technology here, we are looking at each all the candy was hugging you pretty soon. Be able to that too. Cause I got hepatic technology. I'm putting into my it's pretty cool. But the truth of the matter is we can do everything else here and it's efficient.
1 (22m 44s):
You don't have to fly anywhere. You don't have to play anywhere. Well today we can get proximity to geniuses around the world through, well, there are times you're getting your coaching through studying what they're doing on a blog. By going to a challenge, by going to an embed by enrolling in something where someone coaches me on going, we no longer have the limit of having a go where the time. Yeah. Efficiency. So take advantage of that way. Like, you know, I've had challenges my throat. You can imagine that for 44 years of speaking and working with a guy that worked with some of the greatest boys, people in the world, I'm in Palm beach, I've always wanted to work in it. We're good. Now we're with him once a week printed on here we are.
1 (23m 24s):
I get to get the Billy Best to train me. So don't settle for some want to be, to learn from first of all and don't settle for just managing your circumstances. Say, I want more, I mean, know how I'm going to do it, but I'm going to get myself in proximity with people that are doing well. Something's going to hit me. I'm going to get an insight. And that is what changes people's lives. That's what I love Fire Nation.
0 (23m 46s):
How can you not want to spend five days with this man? I mean just learning from him, feeling the energy. I mean, Tony, I got to hug you in person a few weeks ago and that was amazing. But I can tell you being here with you right now. I mean, it's obviously not as amazing, but it's like super close. I'm feeling the energy. I'm feeling it. Once that haptic suit becomes available. I mean, we're going to be giving each other high fives. I mean, this is the future Fire Nation. So embrace it. Be part of this man's presence. I mean the same space time continuum for five days is free challenges going on. We'll tell you more about it at the end, but Tony, again, you're so generous with your time. I just want to really end with a bang here. I really want you to take a second and share with Fire Nation.

How can we honestly live a life that we are truly, truly proud of?
1 (24m 36s):
We're all human beings and we're all I should say, subject to natural laws. And there's one natural law that is immutable in the whole universe. You grow or you die. You add value or you're eliminated by evolution. Everything on earth grows and dies. And if you don't realize that you will miss the fact that if your relationship's not growing, it's dying, there is no in-between, your business is not growing. It is dying, right? If you're not growing spiritually, mentally, emotionally, your spiritual, mental, emotional, dying inside and you'll feel it right? So our whole focus has got to be to grow, but we grow so that we have something to give because what makes life meaningful is contribution. Doing something beyond yourself has a spiritual, emotional head, no amount of money.
1 (25m 18s):
Can you ever come close to it's my soul. I do. I don't have to work another day of my life. And I have tons of friends that don't come. They don't work, but I do. And they look at me like I'm crazy or Tony, you got everything I could ever dream of. I said, yes, but this is what makes my life meaningful. Playing golf. I all respect. You guys love golf. And I enjoy golf for six holes, but I couldn't just play 36 holes every day, six days a week and feel fulfilled if you can. I love that for you. But for me, life has got to be about contributing something more than myself. And for most people, their greatest joy is not like you talked to entrepreneurs. Like almost all my friends are entrepreneurs and we talk and laugh and shit. We talk about the early days we were struggling with so hard because of where we are today.
1 (26m 0s):
It's the contrast. So if you're in that beginning stage, it's the most meaningful time of your life. You don't want to screw around and learn by trial and error. You want to learn by growth and you can accelerate that growth and have more to give. If you study those that have already succeeded. Jim Rohn, my original teacher, he used to say success leaves clues. If someone is successful, not once, not twice. If they lose weight and keep it off for a decade, if they make millions of dollars every year, you're up here more and more and more invested in, they keep getting bigger over the decades. They're not lucky they're doing something different than you. And so, instead of thinking, they're so special, they are specialist special experiences learn from the experiences you might've taken them 10 years of Providence to figure something out and you learn in a week or two.
1 (26m 45s):
Why not do that? So my wife has been about compressing decades in a day. So for me, and then taking all that I've learned and share it with other people and try and do it the most playful, enjoyable, passionate, inspiring way, but where the focus is real results by getting real action and what you really want to do, if you want better, extraordinary life. And you've got to remember, it's not about me. It's about weeding. The secret to living is giving. If you get an a business and your goal is just to make money, you'll do okay, but you probably won't make it. The most successful entrepreneurs always have a vision bigger than themselves. It's more than money. They might want to make money too, but they want to change. Somebody want to help somebody. They want to make something happen in the world. So if you I'm sure there's something you love something you're passionate about.
1 (27m 28s):
I don't know if it's helping your children or helping other kids' kids or whether it's making money or if it's social media marketing or whatever it is that you see as a gift of getting, you know, getting people healthy. But we all have certain things we've learned and believe it or not in the whirlwind today, if you learn properly how to take what, you know, what you've learned from someone else, it doesn't have to be you in the beginning. My all that I did was based on Jim Rowan and then NLP and I promoted their ideas. I took them to other people. They weren't mine yet. I was like, you learn to play the piano. You first learned to play everybody else's music. And if you do that long enough, something happens inside you and you become a creator. You're not just the copier, right?
1 (28m 9s):
You have that opportunity today to add this appealing life, by knowing you're doing something meaningful by knowing you're growing and that you're giving, you know, it's like purpose and progress is what creates a meaningful life. Purpose. Meaning something you want to do. That's beyond yourself. Yes. You get benefit from it, but you're doing it for something more and progress will makes you feel alive. People ask all the time, what's it take to be happy, no amount of money, no matter accolades, Emmys or Oscars, no amount of people telling you how great you are, will make you happy. Only one thing will make you happy progress. If you're making progress, it's something that matters with a sense of purpose. You're going to have an unbelievably meaningful life, but you need a, you need a vehicle.
1 (28m 51s):
And so that's why we're doing this challenge because I'm privileged enough to have a vehicle you're privileged enough to have a vehicle. You know, you've got this community and you're sharing and supporting them. I want to show other people how they can build that community for themselves or others. And what the challenge though is not to show you inspiring it. Isn't just me. It's all 12 people. If you're just knew, Oh, Tony can do this. You can't do that. When you see all these different makes and models of humans and genders and backgrounds and ages, and more importantly, we're going to have you that just learn. But each day do something with some technology. Cause like I said, things we're doing now in minutes, we used to take months or years or cost a fortune and now they're free. So you can leap frog to the front.
1 (29m 32s):
If all you have is a little desire to learn and a little creativity and an openness to say, Hey, maybe there's something in there that I have or someone else, else, but I can take to another level. That's really what it's all Fire Nation
0 (29m 42s):
