1) There’s a gap between who you are and who you need to be to have what you want to have. If your identity does not match the dream, you don’t get the dream.

2) You have to be able to do things in the dark without positive public celebration.

3) With beliefs so high, and thoughts trained in a positive manner, mindset is powerful. With both in place, it’s amazing. If one is in opposition with the other, mindset will fall apart.

[1:04] – Anthony shares something that he believes about becoming successful that most people disagree with.

Success is boring. The most successful peoples’ businesses are, in a sense, the same thing over and over. That creates the momentum that most people are seeking. Master one thing to the point you can do it with your eyes closed.

[2:57] – Why focus on identity?

Everything you have is an extension of who you are. How you handle conversations, opportunity, oppositions, all these things…
We all have access to a great deal of information that is un-accessed or not acted on. That’s tied into a lot of people’s internal view of who they are.

[4:59] – People are either achieving their goals or letting go of their goals. What stands in between an individual achieving their goal and people letting go of their goals?

It’s either a goal that a person wants to go for themselves, or a goal that the world set.
Any goal we go after has to have deep fire to move towards it. There’s got to be something that keeps you moving even if you don’t want to.

Actions are the game changers. Because a lot of us don’t take the actions necessary, we don’t have the outcomes we desire.
Between action and thoughts are habits. It’s tied to the actions you take overtime. You are what you consistently do.
Personal pride and ego are the things that, when you take action, you will not settle for anything less that you believe you deserve in this life.

Take a look at what’s going on in the world. The thing that you must see in yourself is the thing that you don’t want to see.
It’s hard to see the label if you’re in the jar. Ask people to see which areas you need to work on.
