In 2016, he bought his first property for $526,000; it’s currently valued at around $1.4M.
He purchased his 2^nd property for $460,000, and he sold it for $1M.
He takes the revenue, puts it in trading, and splits it to 1-4% per month. It replaces his 6-figure income.
Real estate, stock options, and active business activities help Cody generate his net worth.
