They started an ENT practice 7 years ago.
They evolved during the pandemic when they needed a quick change.

You have to tell the truth as best as you can.
When working together, it helps that the two of you are completely different people with completely different strengths and weaknesses.

His biggest weakness is full execution from top to bottom.

[13:12] – Geoff expounds on saying yes, and figuring it out as you go

There was a large construction worker company that they helped by giving a bunch of workers tests on site.
They flew up to San Francisco and test them every week – up to a thousand people.
They said yes, and then figured it out.
Testing companies have adapted significantly. Every time something changes in the testing economy, they just say yes and adapt to it.

In front of us is a continuous pandemic.

There’s a lot of room for growth. We are still stuck in the fax machine and paper era of medicine. That keeps us moving really slow.
