How the Freedom Journal IGNITED Jason Kveton’s Entrepreneurial Journey

Jason Kveton has been an entrepreneur since age 12 when he sold TicTacs on the school bus. He owns 3 restaurants in Phoenix, AZ with a total team of over 150. Over the past year he has used The Freedom Journal to open his third restaurant, start a leadership blog and create an online business.

    • Started his leadership blog
    • Wrote a short ebook, 11 Steps to Building a Better Team Culture
    • Created a 90-Day New Hire Member Success Workbook for all team members of his restaurants
    • Became a volunteer instructor to help improve his public speaking with the Young Entrepreneurs Academy
    • Joined Facebook and Twitter to build audience and credibility
    • Launched an online business called Culture Cards
    • Built his first website
    • Built his 3rd Culver’s restaurant

  • [06:37] – How do you define Productivity? “To me, productivity is the right things done at the right time. It’s working up and not down”

  • [07:43] – How do you define Discipline? “It’s doing the right thing, the right way, at the right time”

  • [10:45] – How do you define FOCUS? “I try to live by the quote, ‘There’s a remarkable difference between 99% and 100% commitment.’ To me, focus is being 100% committed and 100% engaged to the task at hand”
