After Derek’s dad’s sudden passing, he walked away from a multi-six figure career with the software giant ClickFunnels to take over his family’s 130 year old ranch. That’s where he started the Primal King Podcast, Cross O Meats (a D2C beef company) and now lives on 2700 acres in central Idaho with his wife and 4 kids.

- He believes that a lot of people do not want freedom or success. Success is freedom. Most people are trying to make a lot of money, but do not have freedom because they fear getting out of their comfort zone.
